Yes 11 floors, there is no continental breakfast they have a restaurant wich is good.

As I recall, we paid a fee for drop off and pick up at the dock. Shuttle to and from the airport is complimentary for guests of the hotel. If you get to the hotel early-- before check-in, expect to wait. It is not likely you will get an early check-in. In that event, go to the fifth floor and enjoy an adult beverage at Kiki's.

No free breakfast. Buffet was very good but cost $16. Still in was the best deal since it includes your beverage. Everything on the menu was $10 or more. Other options are available, but only a few in reasonable walking distance.
